To create a session note for your client, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the “My Practice” tab and select “Clients” from the drop down list. Here you will be able to view a list of your clients.
- Click on the name of your client that you would like to create a session note.
- Now click on “Add New Session Note” under the heading “Client Appointment History” and a new popup window will open.
- Fill out the appointment details of your client:
- Select the service
- Date of the appointment
- Time of the appointment
- Click on “Add New Session Note” and you will see a popup confirming that a new appointment was added.
- Click on “View” next to the appointment that you had created.
- Now you will be directed to enter the session notes for that particular appointment. Click on "Save Form" or "Submit" to save all the changes.
